Its location is excellent as it is just a few steps from the sandy beach of Praia da Rocha, in an area served by commerce and services. Property composed of: entrance hall, living room with a very spacious balcony with BBQ area, table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with balcony, 3 bedrooms (1 suite) with built-in wardrobes, pantry and 2 bathrooms. It also has parking (in basement -4) in the building's garage. NOTE: Only 8 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
