Property composed of: entrance with 2 single beds in bunk bed, living room with kitchenette, double bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in the living room (cold and hot), 1 bathroom with shower, TV and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. At a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can do your holiday shopping. It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation. NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
