The apartment, furnished with attention, and located on the ground floor has a spacious living room consisting of a living-dining room with a very good convertible sofa (sleeping 140), worthy of a bed, an open kitchen with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker (traditional and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, orange press, etc. 1 bedroom (sleeping 160), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, a private outdoor area with terrace and garden. The apartment has the luxury of the sun all day: a small terrace at the back, overlooking a small pedestrian path, benefits from the morning sun ideal for breakfast and a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Decor was tasteful and modern with all mod cons. Plenty of good glassware, crockery and utensils. Spacious balcony and comfortable seating with a view of the pool. A very good supermarket close by. The iron and board are stored underneath the comfortable bed. Good shower and lots of hot water. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is perfect for walking to an endless selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The grocery store is literally steps away from the back gate. Its an easy walk to get to the boardwalk to explore the beautiful beach (even in winter).The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and well appointed with cooking supplies, dishes and appliances. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack out on the large patio where you can dry your laundry (and sit in the sun with a glass of wine while doing so)Laure, our landlord was wonderful to deal with. She responded to all our questions very quickly including recommendations for restaurants!We look forward to staying here again and are certain future guests will feel the same way. ##### Michele L.
