REGENCY: A recently restored apartment, right in front of Praia da Rocha. The apartment is on the front line on the 3rd floor of the Atlantic Building. It has fantastic sea views, a balcony where you can relax. The living, dining and kitchen are in a common space. Giving access to an outside balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. kettle, toaster. Induction hob to cook your meals quickly etc. The sofa makes bed for two people and has air conditioning. Includes cable TV and internet. A parking space. A double bedroom furnished with lots of storage. Another interior room with single bed. The bathroom has shower basin and toilet. Just get off at the elevator, it's right in front of the beach access stairs. The building is surrounded by shops, cafes, etc. No car needed for everyday shopping. If you want to go to the shopping center or move to the center of Portimao. There is the bus stop in front of the building.

Fantastic!
Apartment was EXACTALLY as portrayed online with no issues at all and is in a fantastic location. Secure underground parking and access controlled building gives great peace of mind. Host was fantastic, check in / out couldn't have been easier. Cant wait to go back!

Lovely Condo in a lovely Location
My husband and I stayed at Graça’s condo for 7 nights in late September. The condo is in a very nice location at the end of the Praia da Rocha beach, just across from it. We were pretty much walking distance from several restaurants. There is a grocery store within a short walking distance. The condo was nice and clean. The bed was very comfort. The kitchen has all we needed to prep a quick breakfast in the morning. The small balcony has a wonderful view of the beach. On the weekends it is loud from bars below the apartment. I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Graça was great on greeting us and quick to respond to a few of our needs. The condo was also a +/- 17 min walk to the Portimao Marina where we took our boat tours. We used Uber to and from the train station and also to some recommended restaurants in Portimao. My only recommendation to Graça would be written instructions on how to operate the laundry washer (LOL). It was not intuitive and our clothes came out of it dripping wet. No big deal. We hung them and they were dry the next day.

The apartment is well furnished and tastefully decorated. The view out the balcony is spectacular and was hard to leave. I was spoiled being located right across from the beach. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, kind and communicative. A++++

Overall we are quite happy with our stay. Grace was very helpful and kindly allowed late check out. I think some basic supplies such as shampoo, cooking ingredients etc. will make it much more convenient.

Home away from home
Grace was so wonderful and accommodating that I never felt like I was left to my own devices to figure out everything by myself. The place was so pleasant, clean and in a secure building that I actually found myself thinking, as I drove back from a road trip, that it would be nice to get "home". I loved the place but realize my experience would have only been half as enjoyable were it not for Grace. Thank you Grace! Looking forward to being back :-)

The views and the conditions of the apartment was really good. We were very disappointed with the noise level and amenities at this place. It was very difficult for us to get good sleep because of the noise in the busy street below. Also missing were very basic amenities like Toilet Paper!
