With an area of 60 m², the apartment is ideal for families, couples or friends. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 sofa beds, accommodating up to 3 people. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with channels in Spanish, English, German and French, and a balcony with sea views. The apartment is located just 150 metres from Praia da Rocha Beach, 60 km from Faro Airport and 3 km from Portimão train station. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, parks, golf courses, and other tourist attractions. This is the perfect location for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation in the Algarve! Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can shop for your holidays. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over. \- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
