Set in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and just 300 meters from the beach. Property composed of: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (hot and cold), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. Living room and bedroom with great balcony to enjoy your vacation. It has a BOX to park 1 car in the building's garage (basement -2). NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over. \- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
