Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and just 300 metres from the beach. Property composed of: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (hot and cold), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. Living room and bedroom with excellent balcony to enjoy your holidays. It has a BOX to park 1 car in the building's garage (basement -2). NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night. Note: \- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over. \- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
