Property comprises: two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and in the other bedroom two single beds and wardrobe, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, balconies with tables and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. At a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc (beach area). Note: Parking space available ONLY FOR VERY SMALL CARS. NOTE: Only 6 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older. \- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made). Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash. If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
