Understanding that some guests seek more accessible holidays and do not mind details such as noise or building particularities, we have adjusted the price, making this our most basic and economical accommodation. Despite this, the apartment is in excellent condition, fully renovated and equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. As it is situated on the main street of bars, nightclubs, and restaurants, there is noise until late. The apartment has double-glazed windows to minimise sound impact and provide greater comfort, but depending on each guest's sensitivity, there may be some noticeable noise inside. By making the reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts any less positive characteristics of the accommodation, as these are already reflected in the reduced rate. For this reason, refunds or relocations are not possible due to these issues. If you are looking for a practical and well-located option, without worrying about small details, this may be the ideal choice for your stay. NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
