Located just 130 meters from the sandy beach of Praia da Rocha. Composed of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with 2 sofas (1 sofa bed and 2 single beds) and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV and WI-FI. The apartment has a sea view from both the bedroom and the living room and has a balcony in the bedroom and living room, to enjoy your holidays. The apartment has a guaranteed, uncovered parking space outside the building. Within walking distance of the apartment there are supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over. \- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation). The apartment had everything in it that a person travelling would need. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. We did notice some very small bugs running around the apartment and should be fumigated.
