Flat Praia Rocha Balconies Lotus

Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with spectacular beach and sea view, located in a private condominium with swimming pool (for children and adults), fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 40 metres from the beach.

Property comprises: bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed (for 2 people), air conditioning throughout the apartment (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holidays.

A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc (beach area).

The apartment has 1 parking space in the garage.



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:

According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.



Note:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.



- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Check in/out was very smooth with the Nuris 2U team. The apartment was spotless on arrival, as usual, and it has all you need for a comfy stay. The location is second to none for a vibrant vacation. Will definitely be staying again. Kitchen/ bathroom spray wouldn't go a miss

I love this apartment and its incredible ocean view. I also enjoy the communication style with the Nuris staff. They are very responsive via WhatsApp. The bed in this apartments needs to be replaced with a more comfortable one. Also, please post directions on how to use the electric oven. I was never able to use it as it is very different from the ones we have in the US.

Weekly cleaning, close to everything including grocery store and beach. Easy to communicate with management. Very reactive and open. The balcony size is great. Very well oriented. The appartement itself needs to be updated. Old appliances, old washroom, small tv and cheap bed and cheap table set on the balcony.

The appartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay directly at the beach of Praia da Rocha. Not much. But may be the communication about checking in and out. Was a little confusing this time.

Apartamento excelente, com uma vista espetacular para a praia da rocha, nas duas varandas. Para ir à praia é só passar a rua e descer as escadas, tendo duas crianças é muito bom. Para além disso tem a piscina. Tem tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar em casa e um bom isolamento. Nota 10. O horário de saída, deveria ser alargado conforme disponibilidade. Sempre dava para aproveitar mais um bocadinho. Fica a dica.

Excelente para quem gosta de dormir em frente ao mar!

É só descer umas escadas do outro lado e estamos na bela Praia da Rocha! Este ano, a rua está mais calma, por isso, ainda é melhor! Apartamento renovado, com tudo, com boas portas para as varandas, que isolam bastante ruído natural desta zona (da rua e do mar). Obrigado à Agência Núris, por mais um bom serviço!

O melhor da Praia da Rocha

O apartamento tem uma localização excelente, de frente para a praia e com lugar de estacionamento na garagem. Mas o que o distingue dos restantes é de facto o serviço prestado pela Nuri2U.O processo de reserva muito profissional, o atendimento à chegada muito cuidado e a limpeza e o cuidado com o apartamento execepcional. Ao nível de um hotel. Uma palavra de apreço para a governanta que é muito profissional.
