### FLH Portimão Bright Studio with Balcony

The studio in Portimão has capacity for 2 people.  
The studio is 34 m².  
It is 2 km away from the beach "Praia da Rocha".  
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, TV.  
the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, toaster and kettle are provided.  
  
A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.  
Guests should contact our team 45min before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 40 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). During the low season (01/10 until 31/03) all the check-in's shall arrive until 20:00 (8pm)  
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.  
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

#### Good Location

17th floor with oceanview. One block from many oceanfront quality restaurants. Scenic beach. Traffic noise not good. Never replaced the burned out light bulb. Very well decorated. No checkout instructions.
