Absolutely incredible!

Pedro welcomed us with a warm hart and gave us the best tips. The house was more than we could have wished for! Pool was amazing and the house felt like coming home! The house, pool and location was the red ribbon of our wonderful stay in beautiful portugal. We will come back for sure :)

J’adore cette villa pour son emplacement au calme complet mais proche de toutes commodités rapidement en voiture. La piscine est grande et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Pedro et sa femme sont d’une gentillesse sans pareil et nous sommes heureux d’avoir écouté leur conseil sur les restaurants c’était délicieux ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Sommerurlaub im Oktober - amazing!

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr vollständig ausgestattet: in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, es gibt gute Matratzen und Nackenstützkopfkissen! und sogar zum Grillen entsprechendes Handwerkszeug. Der Außenbereich inclusive Pool ist sehr gepflegt und einladend. Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und der hohe Privatsphärefaktor der Terrasse sorgen für perfekte Erholung. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15' an den schönsten Stränden, aber auch ein Ausflug ins Landesinnere (z.B. nach Silves) ist absolut lohnenswert. Ansonsten: perfekte Abwicklung von A-Z, während des Aufenthaltes gute Kommunikation und unauffälliger guter Service - besser geht es nicht! Danke, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften!

Nice holiday with obstacles

Dear Pedro, we had a nice holiday in your house. But please have the kitchen replaced - it has come down so much over the years, especially the fridge !!! We also lacked decent blankets - at night it is a bit cold at nicht and a bedspread is not enough. In addition, it would be appropriate to bring the bed linen immediately before the arrival of guests and not for weeks before. The cleaning lady stored the clean sheets and the towels in a closet outside, which means that they do not smell fresh. On the bed cover were partly yellow spots. After we washed him, they disappeared. And one more thing - please, please get a decent leaf skimmer. In the current one, the holes are too big so that the small flies and garbage particles from the pool can not be removed properly. Nevertheless, our vacation was nice. Portugal is a great country and Potugies are very nice people. We will be back.

Erg leuk vakantiehuis met alles er op en er aan. Auto is wel nodig. Zwembad, tuin en huis zijn goed verzorgd. Een lounge set bij het zwembad zou lekker zijn om s avonds te relaxen. Verder was het keurig verzorgd.

Une maison magnifique le propriétaire au top il à penser à tout la maison est équipée il ne manquent rien même les petits détails important trousse de secours anti moustique c’est comme ci nous étions à la maison qualité de service femme de ménages y a tout pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour le seul petit bémol c’est les hommes qui entretienne le jardin la piscine et autre dès qu’ils doivent venir il ne frappe pas et entre directement cela m’a dérangée fortement l’intimité n’est pas respecter il vienne tonde,arroser les plantes ou couper les tuya pendant la sieste vous êtes tranquille à la piscine en maillot un homme deux hommes trois des fois entre sans prévenir ça surprend au début c’est la seul chose qui m’a dérangé mais j’y retournerais comme même mais avec quelques consignes pour les employés du propriétaire sinon tout etait magnifique propriétaire adorable maison superbe 👍👌❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa et avons été ravi par la villa, sa piscine, les équipements (cuisine super équipée). Nous n'avons rien à dire concernant le logement tellement tout était excellent ! Attention de prévoir une voiture et un gps pour atteindre la villa. Nous y retournerons probablement !

"Villa Jardim das Margari...

"Villa Jardim das Margaridas" est une maison où il y fait bon vivre. Nous sommes partis entre amis et avons passé une semaine superbe! La maison était telle que le propriétaire nous l''avait décrite. Elle est facile d''accès, grâce notamment aux instructions données par le propriétaire. Elle est à proximité du centre ville et des nombreuses activités que propose la ville de Portimao! Petit-déjeuner, déjeuners, apéros, diners , barbecues (attention à l''arrosage automatique!! )et baignades au bord de la piscine étaient un réel régal! Nous avons surtout apprécié la disponibilité du propriétaire! Une question il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à le contacter! Nous recommandons vivement cette jolie villa et y retournerons très certainement!!"
