Sea view and only 40 m from the beach sand. Property composed of: entrance hall, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with sofa bed and air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the apartment, equipped kitchenette. Living room and bedroom with balcony - Sea view. WI-FI Internet and TV (MEO Fibre system). Random parking space subject to availability at the time of Check-In. It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. The accommodation itself, was renewed with all items in high quality. Better mention that there is a parking place, but that there is (most of the time) possibility that you can not park there, because it is fast full. Contrary to what was initially stated in the description (that there is a place to park) and on that basis we chose this one.
