Situated just 50 m from the beach and with a swimming pool. Apartment composed of: 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen, with 1 double sofa bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the apartment, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture. It has TV and MEO WI-FI (fibre). NOTE: Only 5 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older. \- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
