Situated just 50 m from the beach and with a swimming pool. Apartment composed of: 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen, with 1 double sofa bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the apartment, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture. It has TV and MEO WI-FI (fibre). NOTE: Only 5 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older. \- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made). Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash. If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
