It is located just 50 m from the beach and has a swimming pool. Apartment consisting of: bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with a large living room with 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture. It has TV and WI-FI (MEO Fibra). NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. \- Note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax: Between the dates of November 1 and March 31 — from EUR 1 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest. Between the dates of April 1st and October 30th — from EUR 2 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. We were able to check in early, which allowed us to speed up our day. O apartamento está ótimo. Os meus pontos são relativos ao prédio devido aos elevadores demorarem muito tempo a descer e um deles ter um limite de peso bastante reduzido.
