Property composed of: 1 bedroom with double bed (option: separate into 2 singles), a living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed in the living room (2 single beds), air conditioning in the living room (cold and hot), 1 bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can shop for your holidays. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night.
