It has a fantastic sea view and is located just 50 m from the beach and swimming pool. Apartment consisting of: bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with a large living room with 1 sofa bed, cable TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over. \- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated). Air conditioning works very well. The location is excellent as it is centered along the pedestrian section of Praia da Rocha.
