It has a fantastic sea view and is located just 50 m from the beach and swimming pool. Apartment consisting of: bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with a large living room with 1 sofa bed, cable TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over. \- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
