A little better with metal shades closed.1D no problems with them closed.Pool not heated so February was too cool to use but some jumped in and out quick after laying in the sun on the provided chairs. Cooking - all utencils/pots/dishes very sufficient in both.Location - right by grocery store - 2 minute walk.Had some issues with ants but purchased lavender garbage bags and put out cinnamon sticks which helped.Good location to walk to many restaurants within 20 minutes. 5 within a couple minutes of apartments.Would stay again in a minute.
