This is a beautiful ground floor luxury apartment on a new complex just outside Alvor centre. All the rooms are spacious. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard with Airconditioning in the bedrooms and WiFi for smart TV (subject to Supplier Availability), an 80 square metre terrace, that captures the sun all afternoon and evening with its south west facing aspect. With a lovely pool shared with the Condominium, and a children’s play area this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets can be found just a short walk away in Alvor and also in nearby Portimao. The beaches (the nearest one 1.6km away) are fantastic with bars and restaurants on each one and with sun shades and loungers available for hire.
