Just returned from a three night stay, everything was as great as it could be, helpful friendly people, nothing was too much trouble.
Our only criticism is their sister hotel could do with some staff training, service was as good as being at fawlty towers.
However idle rocks was perfect !!

Fab hotel - incredible location - superb food - very friendly and helpful staff
As a person needing accessible help the gravel is quite difficult to negotiate using crutches
I would have preferred to have had a mini fridge and safe in the room
These are incredibly minor issues
The £5 voucher is a good idea but has flaws in so far as there is no option to have fresh toilet rolls, coffee etc without having to disturb Dee on the welcome desk - who is amazing by the way
