"The Asher Adams, Autograph Collection is a decent place to stay in Salt Lake City. This hotel is located in the historic Salt Lake City Union Pacific Depot that once served as the Amtrak station in SLC. It now has a nice shopping area behind the hotel called the Gateway. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are nice and quiet. The elevators operate pretty quickly and efficiently. It did take me a minute or two to get hot water in the bathroom sink and shower and the configuration of the toilet and shower are in different stalls and are not situated together in one bathroom as is standard in most hotels. That may not be to everybody's liking. The hotel also lacks a convenience store or vending machines but it does have a good coffee shop as well as two restaurants, a bar and a gym. However, if you're looking for a pool, you'll want to stay elsewhere. There maybe better places to stay in SLC or Utah in general, but you wouldn't go wrong staying at Asher Adams especially if you want to be in close proximity to the Delta Center which is right across the street."

The Sauna is one of my Favorite amenities and reasons I book this hotel a few times a year, I wish it was open earlier than 8am so I could hit it before work. I wish they had some better and larger pillows as well. Otherwise it's a good hotel, very clean and convenient."

"Key cards quit working could not find anyone at front desk for over 20 min. They did not have bedding in room for sofa bed. Front desk was barely able to get a blanket for it. Breakfast was a joke. Same thing everyday. One day they had no plates another no syrup. There was never clean towels in the pool area. Hot tub was down. Walking down third floor. You could fill holes in the floor. TV would only work for about 2-10 min then kick you back to the main screen. Place smelled old and musty. Needs to be remodel for sure. Tub drained super slow"
