Check-in was quick and friendly, which we appreciated, and overall the staff was welcoming. Unfortunately, noise was an issue. The guest above us walked back and forth for hours late into the night and again early in the morning, which made it difficult to get solid sleep before an important day. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend requesting a top-floor room. The shower also needs maintenance. The tub spout released more water than the showerhead while in use, and the drain was slow, causing the tub to partially fill during a shower. We were also given incorrect information about the nearest EV supercharger. There are two chargers in the parking lot, but they are very slow, so if they’re occupied in the evening, cars tend to stay plugged in overnight. On the positive side, the Tesla destination chargers are free, which is a nice perk if available. Breakfast was a highlight. Standard options like eggs and sausage were available, along with a pancake maker, warm cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal packets, Chobani yogurt, and hard-boiled eggsβ€”good choices for both sit-down and grab-and-go. The fitness room was well equipped with treadmills, an elliptical, rowing machine, weight benches, dumbbells, and a convenient water refill station. Overall, this is a decent place to stay with friendly staff and solid amenities, but noise and maintenance issues impacted our experience."
