Ciudad Condal is in such a well connected area, you can get around the city very easily. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, in particular Ilaria who was so attentive and friendly.
Overall a great place for a short stay, just wish there was a communal area away from the room.

"Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed ..."
