Check in was a bit delayed for a late check in. The front desk questioned me several times about the booking and I felt because I was dressed in basketball shorts and muscle shirt I was being judged a bit even after showing the itinerary as if I was lying. But once confirmed her attitude changed. Aside from that the stay was great. Spa and restaurant employees were courteous and helpful. Great buffet options and food was fresh and delicious. The spa amenities were very clean and updated. Outdoor pool areas very clean and well maintained. The curtain in the restroom window was not functioning properly to open.

Un hotel precioso, nuevo, extremadamente limpio y con muuuuuucho comfort. El staff muy atento y cortés, el desayuno muy bueno el bufett son 15 por persona o a la carta, tiene estacionamiento...hubiera querido quedarme mas días pq está estupendo.

"The hotel very nice on approach and clean inside. The rooms were well sized, had beds that were comfortable to sleep on after a long day of walking, and the AC was working which we were glad to see. The mini fridge was not working, though, and there was no iron to get clothing ready for dinner."
