We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Both the regular pool and the hot springs pools were amazing and very well maintained. Everything was clean throughout the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Would highly recommend this hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. The pools were wonderful and we enjoyed the waterslide! Great breakfast available and very good food in both restaurants.

Our room was clean at all times and very cold which was a good break from the humidity. The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. Staff was always friendly. Shout out to Jose at La Fogata Bar. He took his time answering all of our questions. Super nice young man. You really do see monkeys, sloths, and lizards at the property!!
