Clean room, helpful safe. Breakfast was good and laundry facility. The pool was OK.

I would never stay here again. the property was dirty, the breakfast was terrible and the gym was not well maintained.

One-star experience. The room was mostly clean, although there were hairs in the bathroom. I could have overlooked that, but the next morning I found a long brown hair inside my veggie omelet. The front desk agent was very apologetic, but when she brought out the general manager, the response was shockingly combative. Rather than apologize, she said the omelets arrive frozen from Sysco, so it “must be a Sysco problem.” She never offered to replace the meal, provide a credit, or make things right. When I later asked about a partial refund, I was simply told they don’t refund Expedia bookings. I even explained that the situation could have been handled with basic hospitality. Most unsettling, the hair in my food appeared very similar to the general manager’s own long brown hair. I obviously can’t know where it came from, but it certainly didn’t inspire confidence. The hair was bad enough. The general manager’s dismissive response is what made this a one-star stay.
