"The bathroom floor was rotting so it would kind of give away a little when you stood in front of the shower. The toilet was a little tippy. We had to reset our key three times because the card wouldn’t stay magnetized. The breakfast was nice."

"I had a terrible experience! I had bed bugs crawling all over me!!!! With bites on my leg the next morning my hot tub was broken NASTY WORK!!!!! And the manager of the property will not call me at all for some reason! And all I asked for was a refund!!!!! But it’s cool you can talk to me now or we will definitely talk later!!!!!"

"This was the perfect spot for us to stay on our way to Chicago. It is very clean and the staff was quite friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nice, too. The only downfall was the pool. It was freezing (and we're used to swimming in Lake MI when it's chilly). Truly too cold to swim but the worst of it all was the excessive chlorine. It wasn't at safe levels and my safety-director husband had us get out after trying to make the best of it. Since our grandchild was most excited for the pool, we had to cancel our 2nd night's stay there."
