"We came down to fish the Redfish World Championship out of Gulfport. This home was perfect for our truck and trailer, very clean, and the host was very fast to respond. Has some troubles with the A/C unit and within 3 hours someone was out and they had it fixed and running no problem! If you're looking for a nice quiet spot just outside of gulfport, this is for you! Will be coming back!"

The property was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests.The pool was a standout feature and made the stay feel like a true getaway. "The room was very clean. Very nice to enter room and have it at a cool temp already. Room laid out nicely. Loved that the refrigerator was already cold and there was a very nice set up of coffee with sugar and creamers, water and snacks. There was a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean and had adequate towels. We did see housekeeping the next morning and she gave us additional towels and coffee k-cups as we requested. The hotel was the PERFECT location. Although there is no front desk, the code furnished for our door entry worked at exactly 3:00. The hotel was next door (actually adjoining) to The Whiskey Prime Restaurant (had a very good meal there) and across the street from The Whiskey Bar (wonderful local bar with Great bartender Jason). Also just a block away from Hook Restaurant (where we had our Best meal-Ty was our server). Hotel was close for walking to the Arts in the Pass Festival. The only problem was there is very limited parking (only 2 legal spots) unless you have an EV car (3 spots). We were fortunate that the bank is closed on Sat and Sun so we were able to park in the "Bank Only" parking. We would DEFINITELY stay here again."

"Loved our visit to Pass Christian. The house was. Immaculate. Great location. We were able to walk to all of our meals (Bacchus, Shaggys, ice cream, coffee shop and a little shopping.) an amazing spring break. We will be back. Thank you. "

"The community pool that is advertised was Closed/had not opened yet for the Season.We would not have rented this property with no pool available! The property should not be renting for the amount it rents for: House needs pressure washing/everything is weathered, the seats in Khakis and life jackets are dry rotted, Ping Pong Table is all warped, Bikes are rusted with flat tires. Inside of house needs repairs. Rotten wood next to Refrigerator. Washer just filled with water and would not spin and drain. Faucet in Kitchen is very rusted. Bath vanities have no stoppers. Linens didn't feel clean and pillows need to be thrown out, very soiled. Also, have a junk draw in Kitchen and whole draw of OTC Medicine. The sofa is horrible, very uncomfortable. This property needs attention! "
