Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). We're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: First floor: \- A 20 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area \- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Second floor: \- Bedroom 1: Double bed \- Bedroom 2: Double bed \- Two shower rooms with shower and WC Outside : \- Two south-facing balconies of less than 1 m². This flat is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: \- Bus at 2 euros to go to neighbouring towns: Collioure, Banyuls-sur-mer and as far as Perpignan.
