I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though some areas of the hotel and certain rooms could benefit from updating. If having a great view is important to you, it's worth requesting a river-facing room when booking. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was efficient. The hotel offers plenty of amenities, including a large fitness center, pool, and several dining options, although parking and some extras can be expensive, so it's a good idea to factor those costs into your budget. If you're a light sleeper, consider requesting a room away from elevators or high-traffic areas. For the best experience, higher floors tend to offer quieter rooms and better views. Overall, this is a solid choice for business travelers, cruise passengers, or anyone looking for a convenient base to explore New Orleans. The location and amenities make it a great option, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city.

the staff and customer services were amazing. i felt extremely comfortable traveling by myself. will be staying again every year for essence festival! rated 10/10

Bar was top notch

Nice hotel and nice lobby staff, one big complaint I have was how HOT our room was. It was 81 degrees day and night, called staff 3 times to get it fixed but nothing was done. Left a day early because we just couldn’t stand another night.
