Pets Yes! Welcome to this BRAND NEW Listing. New renovation 1BR 1BA that sleeps 4 people. The home is in the heart of Port Royal and is centrally located. 3 minutes' drive to Parris Island. We are walking distance to restaurants, retail shops, Cypress Wetlands/Bird Sanctuary that has walking trails and a boardwalk walk and the Sands beach. Downtown Beaufort is only an 8-minute drive. Enjoy an outdoor, fully fenced backyard that is perfect for your dogs while sitting and watching them. We've professionally renovated and furnished this home with absolutely everything new and modern to bring higher standards & value to all our great guests, neighborhood, and community. Your comfort and convenience are important to us. We have thoughtfully provided all of the essentials and even a few extras. You will find value in the house you're renting and your host. You’ll have private access to your rental with a smart lock for keyless entry prior to your arrival. The unit is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay.
