The property is beyond the description for cleanliness and convenience. For families visiting for Parris Island graduation, there isn't much closer! There is plenty to do within a short drive or Uber. Communication was excellent and the guide included everything you nees to know about the property and surrounding area. The neighborhood restaurant, Marker 244, was a convenient and great place to walk to for a meal, or just to relax on the deck overlooking the marina and water. ##### Dan G. It was close to Bay street stores and restaurants, as well as Port Royal ones (highly recommend Fishcamp on 11th Street!). We were able to walk the dogs around the neighborhood, go out on the marina, and grill & roast smores in the backyard. Having the SC State park pass was also helpful!
