Old Florida Cracker home sitting right at the mouth of the Cottee River with direct gulf access less than a mile away. Enjoy cup of coffee on the water and then go for a paddle boat ride and explore the canals and channels. Six gourmet restaurants within walking distance, along with two full size marinas. Excellent fishing minutes away for grouper, trout, snook, redfish and snapper. Short ride to go enjoy the Bucs, Rays or Lightning games, the Valspar Golf invitational is 15 minutes away along with historic Tarpon Springs.
