    Guests will enjoy the entire home nearly 1200 sqft, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with kitchen, living room and 3 Smart TV’s , 200/200 WiFi. King bed Queen bed 2 queen futons a pull-out mini couch .
    Pillows blankets sheets towels provided.
    Keurig coffee maker with assorted coffees sugar and creamer.
    Recently remodeled new tile floors inside, close to beaches and many parks.
    There is a small screened in Pool in adjoining backyard that is all yours to enjoy privately throughout your stay, we provide fun floats and towels poolside,as well as a Gas Grill , and ample covered outdoor seating.
    Newly added pool table ping pong combo in garage .
    Also available we have 4 beach chairs and beach towels and small cooler for your enjoyment .

    This is a great house in a convenient proximity to some lovely beaches (esp. Honeymoon Island). The pool and the backyard area were two highlights for our family!

    A wonderful place for a respite
    Laurie was wonderful from the beginning. I had a few questions before booking which she quickly addressed. She greeted us as the door upon our arrival. She was very hospitable and welcoming, always available should the need arise. The house is quiet, clean, comfortable, and they are very accommodating. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard for morning coffee and later for dinner. The pool was lovely and cool. We enjoyed a few nights playing games of pool in the game room. There are 3 grocery store within 2 miles making it very convenient. It's an easy drive to the beaches. I highly recommend this property and owner!

    Was perfect for our vacation, everything we needed was included, the host is very friendly and has excellent communication. The beds are very comfy, and the game room in the garage is perfect. Would love to rent from again.

    Laurie went above and beyond
    We rented this home for 2 nights while we visited honeymoon island...from the amount of space in the house to the awesome back yard and pool...it was just perfect and Laurie was so great at getting right back to me when I had questions... I ended up leaving our dress clothes in the closet and Laurie packed it up and sent it out asap. We will definitely be back!

    Great home!!
    Wonderful stay at this home. Laurie is so nice and helpful in every way. We were visiting friends and family that live in the area, we spent a lot of time hanging out in the beautiful back yard and playing pool. We had a blast!! We always worry about having a comfortable bed but we were so happy to find that this home even had that!! We slept so good here. Thank you, we will be back!! 😊

    Baseball trip
    We stayed here while our son played baseball in St.Petersburg. Laurie came over and introduced herself after we got there and was very pleasant, told us if we needed anything to let her know. The house was perfect for our week in Florida and the backyard is a beautiful little oasis!
