Both rooms are spacious with large windows to bring in light or bring the Ocean breeze inside. Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, large vanity providing plenty of space for a larger group. High quality linens provided. Hairdryer and basic essentials and paper products are available for your arrival. Full-size high efficiency washer and dryer provided in the unit. There is a private patio area with a gas firepit and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a chilly evening around the fire with a glass of wine or sit in the sun with your morning coffee. There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details. \~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. \~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. \~ An additional Housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights. \- Self Check In using digital door lock and private code. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out is by 11:00AM. \- FREE parking on street and one space in front PET FEE: $50 per dog Pet Fee for up to 2 pre-approved dogs. Please also be aware of our pet policy: We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
