The rooms have a beautiful view of the bay. But the property is very old but clean. There is no elevator so if you are not able to climb stairs with luggage be sure to ask for the first or second level.

We were there for the 4th of July celebration and everything in the hotel was perfect. It was the best location to watch the fireworks. They were right in front of us and they were tremendous!!! Everyone in the area is so friendly. The staff is so helpful and the breakfast is delicious. A beautiful calming place to stay and stay again!

We loved the view walking out our door! Psrking was great! We are vendors and pull a utility trailer. They gave us a designated place to keep our trailer, very convenient for us! My only complaint: I lost my eyeglasses. I don’t even remember seeing them when we packed up. They didn’t make it home with me. I believe they were missing the day before. I called and felt like I was dismissed about it. Makes me believe someone stole them! Very disappointed in the way it was handled!

Room was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. Be aware that not all rooms face the water as they say. Property is L shaped. Dining area is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. A seond floor room is actually on the main level. First floor is around the back of the building on parking level. Would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast options and the view overlooking the water from the 2nd floor was nice! Loved hearing the trumpet at the naval base across the water during our early morning walk. We found quite a few sand dollars on the little beach area by the walking path! We will likely stay again when traveling the area!

The room we stayed in had a hole in the bathroom door, which didn’t close well. The sink was cracked. The shower worked poorly and did not warm up. The inside of the room was not pleasant smelling either. Their ice machine was broken. They originally put us in a room that was occupied by other people, then placed us in the room that had all of the above items mentioned. And this is what I got when I paid extra for an upgrade:( I would not recommend this to any traveler. Parking and breakfast were adequate.

The location is great. It's right down on the bay in Port Orchard. It has became one of are go to lodging when we are traveling in that area. The staff has always been friendly. The house cleaning staff has also done a good job as well as keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean. It is a pet friendly lodge but with that comes some occasional dog barking and the added noise from that at times.
