Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Sleepy Hollow Subdivision. The home is approximately 1800 ft.². It is a divided area owner lives in the small apartment to the left side. It has a private entrance located in Port Orange . This adorable house is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends and family With three cozy bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and full bed, guests can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. Two bathrooms offer convenience and include showers and hair dryers for easy freshening up. The home stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re winding down after a day of exploring or simply enjoying quiet moments inside, this delightful space feels like a true home away from home. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
One hour to St Augustine, one hour to Orlando attractions,one hour to Cape Canaveral (take a 3-5 day Cruise which is close by or go on the Victory Cruise line (2 sailings a day except Mondays). I have 2 bikes for your riding pleasure (no charge)
