"I really liked staying here! It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. There wasnt any bar soap so I had to run out and get body wash /: I tried contacting the owner about parking since we had 2 separate cars coming, but no response. Texted and messaged in the app. We ended up having to park one of our vehicles at Walmart 8 min up the road. No big deal but couldn’t find any info on number of parking spaces before we got there, then when we got there we found there was one space."

"Amazing - house was really nice and in original condition. Very well kept. Some restaurants in walkable distance. They had the fire pit going and got to get to know some of the other guests around it. Overall great stay."

"Love the view. Had a two queen room with a balcony. Nothing like drinking a cup of coffee sitting on the balcony watching the sunset (it's never too late for coffee) over Lake Michigan. Walked to get ice cream."

"Where to start…The house was built in the late 1800. The rooms are historic and beautiful. The staff are amazing. They made the best blueberry bread pudding. I complimented them on the wonderful food and they made sure to serve one more morning before we left. You can have breakfast in bed or come down to the dining area. They have snacks and drinks out. Really nice to come and go with the key code. We are already talking about coming back next summer."

"Older hotel with decorating still in the 1990's. Not as clean as I expected and carpet quite worn. What I liked, though, is that the bed was very comfortable and the location was a two block walk from the beach. It was right downtown and walking distance to shops and restaurants."
