The staff is amazing and the facilities are pristine. We stayed over Easter weekend, and although it was crowded, there's lots of room to relax. The beach is back as well! Water is pristine here and there is snorkeling opportunities at a makeshift reef just offshore. WE LOVE JEROME. Never a problem securing a chair, even when seat-hogs hoard them. Just ask the staff and they will take care of it. The resort also provides extra outings/activities. As a family that made some meals in the condo, I would have appreciated a wooden cutting board and some better knives. All in all, a fantastic place!
