The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance, and it’s right next to the Old Town. The hotel itself was clean and well-presented. The only drawback was the bathroom: the shower didn’t drain properly, which caused flooding. While the staff were quick to help by coming to mop up, it did take away slightly from the overall experience. Also breakfast starts very late and when going on excursions not able to eat. Not a varied menu.
