It offers a 20m² air-conditioned living room (Bultex sofa bed) opening onto a glass loggia with a magnificent beach and sea view. A recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen area with a serving hatch.  
Shower room. 1 bedroom: (1 double bed). 1 extra single mattress.  
Amenities: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, table with 2 chairs, garden, loggia.  
Parking in the residence courtyard. You'll love the superb sea view and direct beach access. Shops and services are 500m away. Discover Port la Nouvelle, its fishermen's stalls, Boulevard St. Charles and its nightlife. Escape to neighboring St. Lucia Island to discover the scents of lavender and rosemary. Narbonne, the Roman city, with its covered market, the Via Domitia, the Sigean African Reserve, or Carcassonne and its medieval city.
