Well-exposed to the east. It offers a living room with a seating area and sofa, opening onto a fenced and tree-lined courtyard terrace. An equipped kitchen area.  
Ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and 1 bathroom. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds). A mezzanine area: 1 single bed.  
Amenities: Washing machine, microwave, TV, garden furniture, small car garage and private parking.  
You'll love its location near the marine lake; a quiet and relaxing area. 450m from the beach and shops.  
Forget your car, discover the Port La Nouvelle resort, its lively Square St. Charles, and its market in the colors of Languedoc.
