The large windows allow for plenty of natural sunlight and treeview from every room. Just a little over 1 hr from NYC, this cozy gem is just what you need to get away to explore this rural city, hike, white water raft, canoe, work remotely or just relax. This quaint apartment is all your and not shared. It boasts a full bathroom, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (gas range, full size fridge, microwave, sink), granite countertops, living room, dining room, main bedroom with king size Avocado hybrid mattress, 2nd bedroom with a queen size Ashley memory foam mattress, and office area with a automatic standing desk and curved monitor. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, Keurig, tea kettle and dishes. With 3 large flat screen smart TVs there's plenty of space to binge watch Netflix :) This entire apartment is all yours and not shared with anyone. There is a communal covered porch and yard that you will share with a long-term tenant located on the first level of this home.There is off-street driveway parking for 2 cars. Location, location...location - this apartment is located perfectly to take advantage of all that the Hudson Valley has to offer without busting your wallet.
