This beautiful, 2nd level level, treeview - cozy apartment is located on a street with mature trees; a short walk to restaurants, shops, breweries, local farmers market, entertainment and so much more! The large windows allow for plenty of natural sunlight and treeview from every room. Just a little over 1 hr from NYC, this cozy gem is just what you need to get away to explore this rural city, hike, white water raft, canoe, work remotely or just relax.

This quaint apartment is all your and not shared. It boasts a full bathroom, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (gas range, full size fridge, microwave, sink), granite countertops, living room, dining room, main bedroom with king size Avocado hybrid mattress, 2nd bedroom with a queen size Ashley memory foam mattress, and office area with a automatic standing desk and curved monitor. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, Keurig, tea kettle and dishes. With 3 large flat screen smart TVs there's plenty of space to binge watch Netflix :)

This entire apartment is all yours and not shared with anyone. There is a communal covered porch and yard that you will share with a long-term tenant located on the first level of this home.There is off-street driveway parking for 2 cars.

Location, location...location - this apartment is located perfectly to take advantage of all that the Hudson Valley has to offer without busting your wallet.

Located in on a street with mature trees, walking distance to main street eateries, coffee and juice shops and all the diversity and activities this rural city has to offer...and so much more.
There is off-street parking for 2 cars . The apartment is a short walk to NJ Transit Train Station. Although downtown is a short walk away, rideshare services are active in the area.

There are so many things to do in Orange County from outdoors (hiking, biking, kayaking, rafting, shopping etc.) to indoors (restaurants, bowling, hatchet throwing, darts etc.) and one of the many reasons we love the area. Refer to the Guide Book available with this listing for great ideas on some the many activities in the area.

Great weekend getaway

House was clean and parking was easy! Close to downtown Port Jervis, with some great restaurants. The owners were so kind, and were so helpful!

Well sized 2 bedroom apartment.

Full kitchen, lovely bathroom. Enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. Very near main restaurant/cafe area of Port Jervis. Described as is. Provided detailed instructions for entry and stay. Good communication.

A wonderful little apartment that was very clean and everything was easily accessible. The hosts were very thorough with instructions and communication. They were also happy to give suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. We would happily stay here again!

This apartment was a beacon of light from a weary bunch of campers. The shower is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the sofa is wonderful. General location to Port Jervis is fantastic. Great apartment to stay at.
