The staff was very accommodating. When the room I booked had been given away, the staff gave me an upgrade. When the bathroom in that new room had an issue, they gave us an even larger room which was quite comfortable.

This hotel is a run down broken place. Only one elevator the entire week for 35 floors. The hotel packed the elevator over the weight limit to the point you don’t feel safe!
I waited 2 hours for someone to come fix my air- in the 24th floor! Only after I stood at the front desk and complained til someone came.
The towels were smaller than a normal bath towel and very worn- almost having holes in them. The rooms were so small you couldn’t close the drapes without climbing on the bed.
Breakfast was ok. They at least had egg white patty.
The staff was very nice, but the hotel itself was not good. I’m done with staying at Holiday Inn!!

A minimal place, matched by price. Staff was great. Large suite, comfy beds, very clean. No bells or whistles or decor. For people who want to be in a great part of the city, comfy and clean and don’t care about much else, I recommend this highly. The little cafe next door has great coffee etc. and your room door is opened with a real key. It’s like you really live there.
