Silver Strand beach is very quiet and rarely crowded. The house comes fully equipped from kitchen gadgets to beach toys for all ages. Ring doorbell camera at front door and in the garage. This is for security as I often leave the garage door open. There are no cameras in the house. Living room and master bed room boasts 70” flat screen smart TV. High speed wireless Tri-band Wifi 6 internet router. Blu Ray/DVD player available. 1 parking spot in garage and 2 parking spots on driveway. Each floor features fire and carbon monoxide alarms. This house features 3 separate patios, one on each floor for your enjoyment. There is a large patio and teak table on second floor to enjoy your meals to the sounds of waves crashing. The house is equipped with beach wagon, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, adult bikes (4), boogie boards (2), 8’ surf board (1), tandem kayak (seats 2), and stand up paddle boards (2), children’s toys, board games, football, soccer ball, volleyball court 50 yards away (need to bring your own net), badminton, and frisbees.
