Newly remodeled small separate guest room with it’s own bathroom located at the rear of our pretty garden behind the main house.. Probably best suited for short term stays as no cooking facilities are provided - only morning coffee and a toaster.

Located Within driving distance to Malibu, Santa Barbara and Ojai.

Note:
We have 4 friendly dogs in property - must like dogs!

This was the perfect place for us to stay for my cousin's wedding. If all you need is a small space with a comfy bed and clean bathroom, this place is for you. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay and Great Host!
We loved staying here with our small dog! It was a perfect place for a quick stay in the area. It is a very small room but was all we needed for the one night. Fran and her partner were very kind hosts that had everything provided for us. I loved chatting with her and getting a great rec for breakfast in the morning! Thank you Fran!

Came to town for a wedding. Needed a clean quiet place to sleep. This was perfect. Very clean. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again if I ever get back to this area. Loved it.

Delightful getaway spot
Fran was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. The price is incredibly reasonable and the guest house was as advertised. It's a small space, but comfortable. Nearest beach is walkable, Oxnard and Ventura are a short drive away. There are 4 loveable dogs on the property - to me that was a blessing, but I understand that isn't for everyone. Would definitely stay again.
