The hotel facilities have poor finishings, our AC unit broke down on the 2nd night (which can really happen anywhere), walking entrance can use some cleaning and painting.

Hotel review
It was overall great. Staffs were friendly and ready to answer or solve any problems or issues. Only thing was that in an executive room, there were no bath ropes or slippers provided. The night before my checkout, realised I couldn’t flush the toilet or shower, in the morning I was told that there wAs a burst pipe and I was given a cold wAter to shower.

Not good for business if you need good wi-fi
No hot water for two days. Internet was terrible for three days before it was finally fixed. Great breakfast, senior staff, e.g.. Grace and Henry (IT) were fantastic, but front staff were unsmiling. Room service took. an hour to come and food was cold and had to be sent back. Many maintenance issues like door knobs falling off, and no soap in the showers etc. Overpriced for the service, but the hotel looks pretty in the foyer. More attention to staff training so services/maintenance is actually performed, would help. Definitely not up to scratch for its star rating and very overpriced for other comparable hotels around Pt. Harcourt.
