L'appartamento, soprattutto il bagno, necessita di immediata riatrutturazione: le pareti sono state frettolosamente ricoperte con dellla carta bianca ma si vedono le crepe dietro; dentro la doccia, alla base del muro è stato applicato dello scotch bianco, ma con l'acqua fuoriesce una morchia nera. Il forno era sporco, l'edificio in cattive condizioni, la vista dal salotto su una casa diroccata.
