Not really their fault that there's loadshedding, but the lack of generator or emergency lights could be frustrating? He was not very accommodating at all. It seemed as if I was a beggar at the gate. The ensuite was very cramped. The bedding was not ironed. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day of our stay. I didn't even receive a courtesy call or sms after my stay. I will definitely not recommend the hotel/guest house to any person I know.
